How can I request my personalized bag?
If you have already taken a look at the available models and chosen one, but cannot find the color, the size
or you would like it made with different materials (Leather or Laminate), fill in all the fields of the
request form to get your customized version!
SIZE: if the choice of size (dimensions) is already provided in the shop, you can select it in the
form;
MATERIALS: if the choice of materials (leather or Laminate) is already provided in the shop, you can select it in the form; (please note that not all items can be made with
Laminate)
How much does a personalized bag cost?
The price for creating a custom bag is the same as listed in the online shop.
Given the complexity of the work, it is not possible to request or apply promotional discount codes.
Do I need to pay now?
No, immediate payment is not required.
Submitting the request form does not constitute a binding purchase obligation for you.
Your request may be cancelled until you make the payment.
Payment must be made after our order confirmation. You will receive a response from us with
all instructions on how to proceed with the order.
Once the payment has been made, the order can no longer be cancelled.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within Italy.
For Europe, the cost is € 24.90.
For Switzerland and the U.K., the cost is € 74.90.
For the rest of the world, € 95.90.
How long does production take?
Usually, within 7/8 business days from the date your request is confirmed.
Can I cancel the request if I have any doubts?
Certainly!
If your request is not confirmed following our contact, it can be considered void and nothing will happen.
