Terms and conditions must be accepted at the time of concluding a purchase order before proceeding with payment.

Regarding the use of navigation cookies and the processing of your personal data, please refer to the COOKIE POLICY and PRIVACY POLICY pages.

You can pay for your order using the following methods:
• PayPal and/or Credit/Debit Card
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery

Your personal data and payments are treated absolutely securely.

By choosing to pay through PayPal, the payment will be made through the secure PayPal system, which guarantees maximum security for online purchases. Registration for the PayPal service is not necessary, and you can make secure instant payments with your Credit Card. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. After placing the order, the customer will be directed to the secure PayPal server, where they will need to enter credit card information and personal data; an immediate notification of the successful payment will follow. Personal information will remain protected and will only be used by the PayPal site for the exclusive purpose of payment for the order; we will receive an email confirmation of the payment from PayPal in real-time.

In order to proceed with the order, it is necessary for the payment via bank transfer to reach Bprime S.r.l. within 3 working days. It is preferable to receive immediate proof of the transfer to expedite delivery times.
In fact, the products will be prepared for shipment as soon as we receive the payment; if payment has not been received within the 3-day period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Payment by cash on delivery incurs an additional cost of €4.00, which is borne by the customer.
The courier only accepts cash payments or a bank check made out strictly to Bprime S.r.l. for the exact amount shown on the waybill (shipping document).
If you wish to return an order paid by cash on delivery, please contact customer service at onlineorder@bprimebags.it.
For orders placed with cash on delivery, only the amount of the purchased item will be refunded, and not the cash on delivery fee of €4.00.

Bprime S.r.l. uses electronic commerce law for tax purposes.

For each order placed on the website, Bprime S.r.l. issues an invoice for the products ordered, sending a copy via email to the registered email address. The invoice will be prepared and issued based on the information and data you provided at the time of registration or order submission. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, once the order has been submitted, no changes can be made to the information entered.

The payment of the invoice is considered fulfilled as it must be made prior to completing the payment process with PayPal, Bank Transfer, or other agreed-upon method.

Shipping is free for Italy.
Europe: € 24,90
Swiss and U.K. : € 73,90
Rest of the world: € 85,90
All our shipments are emissions-free. Packages destined for the European Union do not contain the invoice or other documents indicating the value of the goods. Shipments to countries outside the EU are accompanied by all required customs documentation.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

For our shipments, we exclusively use express couriers such as BRT or equivalent.

Available items are shipped within 2-3 working days (from Monday to Friday).
Estimated delivery times (from the shipping date):
• Italy: 1-2 working days, islands 2-3 working days;
• Europe: 2-3 working days to main destinations. More time may be required for remote areas.
• Rest of the World: 3-5 working days. More time may be required for remote areas.

Bprime S.r.l. is not responsible for any delivery delays due to customs procedures or force majeure.

At the time of package delivery, please check its integrity before accepting it. Our package is a sealed cardboard box with Bprime S.r.l. branded adhesive tape.

If the package appears to be damaged or tampered with, please sign for delivery as "with reservation," or refuse it.

If delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, please immediately inform the courier and contact us at onlineorder@bprimebags.it.

If the goods are damaged or missing, please retain the packaging for verification purposes.

Any complaints regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to the wrong address must be reported to Bprime S.r.l. within 3 days from the delivery date, as indicated on the courier's website. Claims received after 8 days will not be accepted.

Orders and related payments constitute a purchase contract between the buyer and Bprime S.r.l. Therefore, the customer undertakes to accept the delivery of the goods. If the goods are not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, recipient absent, unreachable phone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, we will deduct shipping costs and any customs duties from the refund of the purchase price.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for a color change or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

How to request a return:
1.To request authorization for a return, you must send a request email to: onlineorder@bprimebags.it
2.Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
3.The return shipment must be made within 14 days from receiving the goods.
4.If the return is for a color change, a new shipping cost (€25.00 to be paid via advance bank transfer or PayPal) will be charged.
5.The refund will be processed as soon as the return arrives at BPRIME S.r.l. warehouses and the condition of the returned items is verified. The amount will be refunded to the original account, minus the shipping costs (€25.00).

Two options are available:

1. Color change
You can choose a color change from the available options.

2. Refund
You can request a refund of the purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the return arrives at BPRIME S.r.l. warehouses, and the condition of the returned items is verified. The amount will be refunded to the original bank account.

• Returned items must not have been used and must not show signs of use. The padding paper inside the bags must be the original paper.
• Each item must be returned with all original labels and tags, along with all original packaging and accessories (protective nylon, satin bag, boxes) received with the order.
• Items in boxes must be returned with their original box and packaging, which is an integral part of the product and must not have been removed, damaged, altered, or used as outer packaging for shipping in any way.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with accessories, components, and original illustrative materials. They should also be properly packaged in the same way they were received.
• Returns must be shipped inside the original cardboard box sent by Bprime S.r.l.
• In the event that you receive defective goods or goods different from what you ordered, please follow the instructions above. In the case of defective goods or shipping errors by Bprime S.r.l., return shipping costs will be borne by Bprime S.r.l., which will indicate which courier to use for the return shipment. Bprime S.r.l. may request photographs of the defective item or one different from what was ordered before authorizing the return shipment.
• Returns authorized by Bprime S.r.l. must originate from the same country where the original order was delivered.
• Bprime S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse a return sent at its expense with an express courier other than the one indicated, unless the costs are borne by Bprime S.r.l.
• Bprime S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse an unauthorized return or one that does not comply with the conditions described above.
• If Bprime S.r.l. exercises the right to refuse an unauthorized return, the goods will be returned to the buyer's address.
